Persona

Brainstorming
We brainstormed for innovative ideas. we used CPS process, to plan how users would interact with the system. This helped us test the system early on, making sure it was easy to use.

Creative Problem-Solving Process (CPS):
In our CPS process, we assigned roles like dreamer, realist, and critic to finalize our ideas. This structured approach helped us generate creative yet practical ideas, leading to innovative solutions for our challenges.
Dreamer
This role comes up with new and imaginative ideas without worrying about how practical they are.
Critic
This role reviews ideas and helps improve them to make them even better.

Dreamer
Realist
Critic
Realist
This role evaluates ideas practically and determines how to implement them effectively in real-world situations.

Story Boarding
we created a visual roadmap for our system. Each frame showed a step in how users would use the system. This helped us see how the system would work in real life, find any problems, and make it better before building it.

Information Architecture
This played a important role in our project by helping us organize and structure content in a user-friendly way. It provided a clear blueprint for our website, making it easy for users to navigate and find information quickly. This approach improved the overall user experience and ensured that our website was intuitive and easy to use.

User Flow
User flows help us visualize how users will interact with the project to achieve their goals. This visualization can spark ideas for features and functionalities that effectively address those needs.
Selecting a role

Low Fidelity
Low-fidelity wireframes helped us quickly explore design ideas, communicate concepts with team members, and identify usability issues early in the design process, saving time and resources.

Design System
The design system made our platform consistent and easy to use, sped up our design process, and helped our team work together more effectively.

Prototype
Prototyping saved time and resources by allowing us to test and iterate our designs early. It also gathered valuable feedback from users .

What I learned
User-Centered Design
The best way to build a platform that helps students and professionals is to really understand their needs. Talking to them and watching how they work can show you what problems they face
Continuous Improvement
Constant tweaks based on user feedback fueled the project's iterative design, ensuring a user-friendly and effective platform for students and professionals.
Comprehensive Solutions
The platform offers a multi-pronged attack on career exploration with virtual training, personalized mentoring, networking, and community support. This feedback-driven approach ensures a user-friendly and effective experience for students and professionals.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
This project tracks how students and professionals use the platform to decide what features to add and improve. This data helps make the platform more effective and user-friendly.
